Terms of Sale
Purchaser agrees to the following conditions of sale
This puppy is purchased for: Pet

Purchased as a pet, purchaser agrees to neuter or spay this puppy between the ages of
eight weeks and six months after birth or within thirty days after purchase.

Seller agrees to provide veterinarian papers proving spaying and or neutering of puppy.
Health Guarantee: The Purchaser is receiving a healthy puppy, free of internal and
external parasites and infectious deceases or life threatening congenital defects. Said
puppy has had its first shots.
Purchaser must have his/her own veterinarian inspect said puppy within two (2) working
days of purchase and if there are any sign of illness is shown, purchaser must contact
breeder who may at her / his option return the puppy for replacement if available then or
later. The breeder reserves that right for a second vet opinion by veterinarian of choice in
which case the breeder will pay all reasonable costs. If a veterinarian other than breeders
choice institutes any treatment or administers any further vaccinations this guaranty is null
and void.
